Earth Angel Wellness accepts Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for eligible medical expenses.
Eligibility depends on the service, its medical purpose, your individual plan, and applicable tax rules. Some wellness, weight-management, body-contouring, cosmetic, supplement, or elective services may not qualify.
Before using HSA or FSA funds, we recommend confirming eligibility with your plan administrator. Your plan may request an itemized receipt, prescription, Letter of Medical Necessity, or other supporting documentation.
Earth Angel Wellness can provide an itemized receipt for services received. However, we cannot determine tax eligibility, guarantee reimbursement, or provide tax advice. Clients are responsible for confirming eligibility and retaining any documentation required by their plan
Cherry Payment Plans
Cherry allows qualified applicants to divide the cost of eligible services into payments over time.
Cherry states that applying involves a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score. Approval, available amounts, down payments, interest rates, and repayment terms vary by applicant.

CareCredit financing is subject to credit approval. Promotional financing may not be available for every purchase. Some offers may use deferred interest, meaning interest can be charged from the original purchase date if the promotional balance is not paid in full within the required period.
